At Restcare the safety of our staff and guests is paramount. We operate a no smoking policy within the home. Any items of an electrical nature need to be PAT tested by either an electrician or our Maintenance Manager prior to their use in the home.

Our staff are regularly updated on moving and handling techniques and fire safety and will ensure that these are communicated clearly to you. We ask that you co-operate with us to ensure that we maintain as safe an environment as possible for all.

We pride ourselves on our commitment to staff training and development. The Old Vicarage is an assessment center for the Diploma in Health and Social Care enabling us to work to the required standards with ease.
